About the role
We are looking for a skilled marketer with experience in email and SMS marketing, retention strategies, and DTC customer lifecycle and retention marketing. You will manage 10-12 brands' email and SMS marketing accounts, including project management, client relations, and communication, while also overseeing the client success team and developing campaign strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage 10-12 brands' email and SMS marketing accounts
- Project management
- Managing client relations and communication
- Oversight of the client success team
- Developing quarterly and monthly campaign strategies
- Flow/automation strategies
- List growth strategies
- Retention strategies
- Work directly with the director of lifecycle, the marketing and the creative teams, and The Greenhouse partners on retention and creative projects
Requirements
- Operate within company hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm ET / PT
- Experience with Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Hubspot, Braze and / or Iterable
- Experience with Attentive or other mobile platforms
- Experience fully managing and implementing retention strategies (email, SMS, loyalty programs)
- Knowledge of DTC customer lifecycle and retention marketing
- An eagle eye for creativity and details
- A deep understanding of e-commerce marketing and tactics

$70,000 - 80,000 per year
