About the role
The Manager, Retention & Lifecycle Marketing is responsible for developing and executing multi-channel lifecycle campaigns to improve customer retention, engagement, and LTV. This role will oversee the implementation of strategies that enhance customer experiences and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging
- Measure campaign effectiveness using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer support to align on retention initiatives
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retention and lifecycle marketing
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in retention, lifecycle, or CRM marketing, preferably in a DTC or subscription-based business
- Experience developing and managing multi-channel campaigns
- Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications
- Proven track record of improving customer retention and engagement
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and analytics tools
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping and segmentation

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
