Marketing Performance Data Analyst

About the role

The Marketing Performance Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting marketing data to provide insights that drive business growth. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL, Python, and Tableau to visualize marketing performance metrics.
• Analyze customer behavior and campaign effectiveness to inform marketing strategy adjustments.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Present findings to stakeholders and recommend actionable insights to improve marketing ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a marketing or digital environment.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau.
• Experience with Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data in an understandable manner.

• $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
