Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the production and coordination of requests for proposals and qualifications responses, including designing layouts, leading meetings, and creating content
- Design and produce presentations, portfolios, and brochures, in support of new business efforts
- Write and edit marketing content, including staff CVs, project descriptions, and proposal text
- Cook up and produce award submissions
- Aid in maintaining and organizing written and visual marketing content databases
Qualifications
- A degree in architecture, urban planning, or design is preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple deadlines effectively
- A keen graphic design sense
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and PowerPoint/Google Slides
