About the role
Resource Innovations is seeking a Marketing Lead to join our growing team in our Chicago, IL offices to support the planning, management, and execution of integrated marketing programs for utility clients and energy transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a day-to-day marketing contact for assigned clients, helping facilitate seamless program, campaign, and project management.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and program teams through proactive communication and responsiveness.
- Develop a strong understanding of client goals, program objectives, customer audiences, and market dynamics.
- Support the development of strategic recommendations, marketing plans, presentations, and points of view.
- Manage Marketing Projects & Campaign Execution
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing initiatives including email campaigns, paid media, digital marketing, events, website projects, and print/digital collateral.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and workflows across multiple concurrent projects.
- Partner with internal teams to define project scope, deliverables, priorities, and resource requirements.
- Manage project budgets, scopes of work, schedules, and deliverables to support successful program execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives and marketing strategies.
- Maintain visibility into project status, timelines, budgets, and resource needs across assigned accounts.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks.
- Drive Communication & Team Performance
- Lead status meetings and project discussions with clients and internal teams.
- Present recommendations, project updates, campaign results, and performance insights in a clear and professional manner.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of client goals, key performance indicators, and business metrics.
- Help teams identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement based on performance data and market insights.
- Foster Collaboration & Operational Excellence
- Cook up efforts across Account Management, Creative, Web Operations, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture focused on accountability, quality, and continuous learning.
