Marketing Director

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with firm-wide growth goals.
• Mentor and lead a team of marketing professionals to ensure a high-quality output of work and streamlined process flow.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media, and paid advertising, to drive website conversions; with a high focus on exceeding the lead generation goals across 14 office.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to articulate future vision and guiding strategies.
• Maintain and evolve a consistent brand identity across all channels, including print, digital, and video.
• Manage marketing budgets and track ROI on all campaigns to make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field required.
• 7-10 years of proven marketing management experience, preferably in a fast-growing company or legal environment.
• 5+ years of experience managing a team of exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing tools, A/B testing, analytics, and CRM systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting for the web.
