Position Overview

An established global manufacturer serving essential industrial, infrastructure, municipal, and process industries is seeking a Regional Director of Marketing to lead and elevate its North American marketing organization. Based in Central Virginia, this executive leadership role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that strengthens brand positioning, accelerates business growth, and aligns marketing initiatives with commercial objectives across multiple business segments.

Professional Responsibility and Scope

The Regional Director of Marketing will lead the development and execution of a regional marketing strategy while overseeing a high performing team responsible for brand management, sales enablement, digital marketing, customer engagement, and industry events. This individual will establish a scalable marketing framework that supports multiple business units while ensuring consistent messaging and alignment across the North American market.

Compensation
