Marketing Director

About the role

The Marketing Director will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing programs to support organizational objectives and developing and implementing strategies for social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement marketing programs to support organizational objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies for social media platforms.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Manage marketing campaigns from conception to completion, including budgeting, execution, and evaluation.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, such as brochures, websites, and social media content.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts align with overall company strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or related field.
• Customer service, marketing, or sales experience.
• Proficient in the principles of marketing and knowledge of marketing tools and techniques.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications.
• Proficient in social media marketing.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience with nursing homes is preferred but not required.
