About the Role
The Marketing Data Analyst will help improve Keller Postman’s marketing data integrity, lead tracking, and intake processes. The role covers campaign tracking, data audits, lead and spend reconciliation, platform integrations, and collaboration with internal stakeholders, advertising vendors, and third parties.
Responsibilities
- Audit and reconcile lead and client records against digital campaign data, from ad click through signed client.
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot paid search, paid social, and display campaigns, including tracking and conversion events.
- Monitor integrations between marketing platforms and the firm’s data warehouse to ensure accurate, timely lead and spend data.
- Identify duplicate or ineligible leads and process refunds or credits with advertising vendors.
- Coordinate with advertising platforms, vendors, and third parties to reconcile campaign and lead data.
- Trace deficiencies in marketing or intake data and work with stakeholders to resolve process and integration issues.
- Analyze large datasets to identify problematic, deficient, or mismatched records.
- Gather functional requirements for process improvements, discrepancy resolution, and efficiency enhancements.
Qualifications
- Firsthand experience setting up, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
- Direct experience managing or auditing paid campaigns on Meta and Google.
- At least 1-2 years of large-scale data auditing experience, ideally in digital marketing or lead generation.
- Working knowledge of integrations between marketing platforms and data warehouses.
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel and/or Sigma.
- Experience with Salesforce and/or marketing analytics tools is ideal.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A background in marketing analytics, data analytics, legal, or finance is preferred.
Pay
Base salary: $90,000-$100,000 per year
