Marketing Data Analyst

This role operates within marketing strategy, campaigns, brand identity, lead generation, email/direct marketing, content, events, market research, and analytics. The Marketing Data Analyst ensures data and reporting reliability while keeping confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions visibly separate.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile marketing data with dashboard reporting, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the context of marketing strategy, campaigns, brand identity, lead generation, email/direct marketing, content, events, market research, and analytics.
• Coordinate documentation and status tracking for marketing data analysis, maintaining traceability and accountability.
• Review data validation with deadline management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in marketing data workflows.
• Document processes and reporting to maintain clarity and compliance in marketing data analysis.
• Maintain quality control and workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they lead to downstream rework.

Position Details

Full-time, associate-level role. 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year.
