Responsibilities

  • Support marketing planning and execution across multiple business initiatives and regions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, identify opportunities, and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Cook up with stakeholders across domestic and international markets.
  • Leverage data, insights, and market trends to inform planning decisions and optimize outcomes.
  • Manage multiple priorities while driving projects forward with minimal supervision.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and business recommendations for leadership review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing planning, strategy, business analysis, performance marketing, digital media planning, or direct-to-consumer/recurring revenue models.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, financial modeling, and forecasting skills.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI), advanced Excel, and common office productivity suites.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to distill complex data for executive audiences.
  • Strong project management skills; able to manage shifting priorities and deliver high-quality work quickly.
  • Experience with campaign management and optimization across major media platforms.
  • Able to work effectively across geographically dispersed teams and collaborate with international teams across various time zones.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Qualifications

  • Nice-to-have: Experience supporting global business functions.
  • Nice-to-have: Proficiency in analytical programming languages (e.g., SQL, R).

Pay

Firm, non-negotiable: Minimum Pay (per hour): $52.00, Maximum Pay (per hour): $58.87
