Responsibilities

  • Support marketing planning and execution across multiple business initiatives and regions, ensuring strategic alignment and optimal resource allocation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, identify new opportunities, and develop strategic recommendations that drive measurable impact.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across domestic and international markets to foster collaboration and ensure consistent messaging and execution.
  • Leverage data, insights, and market trends to inform planning decisions and continuously optimize outcomes.
  • Manage multiple priorities with exceptional organizational skills, driving projects forward efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Prepare compelling presentations, detailed reports, and actionable business recommendations for leadership review, translating complex data into clear, strategic narratives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Business, or a closely related quantitative field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in marketing planning, strategy development, business analysis, performance marketing, digital media planning, or direct-to-consumer/recurring revenue models.
  • Strong analytical acumen, critical thinking, problem-solving, financial modeling, and forecasting skills.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and advanced Excel functionalities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences.
  • Strong project management skills; adept at managing shifting priorities in dynamic environments.
  • Experience with campaign management and optimization across major media platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with geographically dispersed and international teams across time zones.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapting quickly to new challenges.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience supporting global business functions and understanding international market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in analytical programming languages (e.g., SQL, R).
