Responsibilities
- Support marketing planning and execution across multiple business initiatives and regions, ensuring strategic alignment and optimal resource allocation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, identify new opportunities, and develop strategic recommendations that drive measurable impact.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across domestic and international markets to foster collaboration and ensure consistent messaging and execution.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Business, or a closely related quantitative field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in marketing planning, strategy development, business analysis, performance marketing, digital media planning, or direct-to-consumer/recurring revenue models.
- Demonstrated strong analytical acumen, critical thinking, advanced problem-solving capabilities, financial modeling, and forecasting skills.
- Proficiency in leading data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI), advanced Excel functionalities, and common office productivity suites.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences.
- Strong project management skills; adept at managing shifting priorities and delivering high-quality work in dynamic environments.
- Extensive experience with campaign management and optimization across major media platforms, understanding the nuances of various channels.
- Ability to work effectively across geographically dispersed teams and collaborate seamlessly with international teams across various time zones.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, adapting quickly to new challenges and opportunities.
