About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will help bring Braun Intertec's brand to life across digital channels, campaigns, proposals, and content. You will partner closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, the proposals team, and subject matter experts across our service lines to support marketing strategies that drive recruiting, business development, and brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Content & Brand Support
- Develop blogs, articles, social posts, newsletters, and website content that align with the Braun Intertec brand voice and Style Guide.
- Edit, review, and format content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
- Coordinate internal reviews and manage feedback loops to keep content moving on schedule.
- Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Schedule, publish, and monitor content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Aid in email marketing campaigns, including newsletter coordination, list management, and basic performance reporting.
- Support SEO and AEO best practices in website and blog content, including keyword research, metadata, and on-page structure.
- Website Management
- Maintain and update the company website to keep it current, user-friendly, and optimized for search.
- Partner with stakeholders to prioritize content updates, spotlights, and service line pages.
- Campaign Coordination
- Help execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and paid media channels.
- Track campaign assets, deadlines, and approvals to keep projects on time and on brand.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Build reports and insights using D365, Google Analytics (GA4), and social/email platform dashboards.
- Support UTM tracking, campaign performance summaries, and executive-ready reporting.
- Proposals
- Support the proposal team with overflow during peak periods.
- Organize and write proposal content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with client requirements.
- Compile project descriptions, resumes, and other materials into polished, persuasive proposals.
- Perform quality checks to ensure submissions meet client and industry standards.
- Collaboration
- Partner with technical experts, recruiters, HR, and business development to gather the information and stories needed to create great content.
- Coordinate meetings, manage timelines, and keep communication flowing across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, proposal coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical content into clear, compelling language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.
Preferred
- Experience in the AEC, engineering, environmental, or professional services industry.
- Familiarity with Microsoft D365, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or proposal management tools.
- Experience with social media management, email marketing platforms and CMS platforms (WordPress or similar).
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), SEO/AEO fundamentals, and UTM tracking.
- Comfort using AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Canva AI) to support content workflows.
- Familiarity with RFP processes, video editing, or photography.
