Responsibilities
- Cook up and execute marketing plans and activities that align with division sales goals.
- Employ current marketing trends, best practices, and consumer insights to achieve results.
- Build a deep understanding of the local market, competitive environment, and customer preferences.
- Maintain high standards for the brand across all marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Corporate Marketing teams to support business objectives.
- Plan and implement engaging events for homeowners, prospective buyers, and real estate professionals.
- Act as a go-between to provide marketing and advertising resources to meet the division's needs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in residential sales, marketing, or a related field.
- A Bachelor's degree, coupled with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing plans, managing budgets, and evaluating performance.
- A solid grasp of digital marketing, social media, and current marketing trends.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills, including vendor and partner management.
- An enthusiastic, flexible, and supportive attitude that fosters teamwork.
- Reliable transportation and the capability to travel within the greater Phoenix metro area.
