Responsibilities
- Cook up and carry out marketing schemes and activities that bolster divisional sales targets.
- Use insight from current marketing trends, best practices, and consumer insights to achieve results.
- Get a solid grasp of the local market, competitive arena, and customer requirements.
- Preserve world-class brand standards across all marketing undertakings.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Corporate Marketing teams to support business objectives.
- Plan and implement captivating events for homeowners, prospective buyers, and real estate professionals.
- Manage marketing budgets and track performance to optimize effectiveness.
- Act as a go-between to provide marketing and advertising resources to meet the division’s demands.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in residential sales, marketing, or a related field.
- A bachelor's degree is required, alongside strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing plans, managing budgets, and assessing performance.
- A deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, and contemporary marketing trends.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills, including vendor and partner management.
- An enthusiastic, adaptable, and cooperative attitude that fosters teamwork across the market.
- Must have dependable transportation and the capability to travel within the greater Phoenix metro area.
