About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to support the company's overall business goals. This includes creating and managing marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to inform future strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing or a closely related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

  • Experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
  • Understanding of email marketing platforms and automation tools.

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
