About the role

We are looking for a highly creative, hands-on Marketing Coordinator, with 2-3 years of experience to support and elevate our marketing activity across social media, digital channels, e-commerce, and customer communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management
    • Own and manage Wenzel's social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.
    • Create and maintain a consistent, high-quality content calendar.
    • Manage content production from ideation through to scheduling and publishing.
    • Monitor social trends, cultural moments, and reactive opportunities to keep content relevant and engaging.
    • Track performance and optimise content using analytics, platform insights, and competitor benchmarking.
    • Ensure all content aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Community Management
    • Act as the day-to-day voice of the brand across social media platforms.
    • Respond promptly and professionally to comments, direct messages, customer feedback, and complaints.
    • Build and nurture an engaged online community through proactive interaction and relationship building.
    • Escalate customer issues where appropriate and identify recurring themes or opportunities for improvement.
  • Content Creation
    • Create engaging, platform-native content including Reels, TikToks, Stories, carousels, photography, and video.
    • Lead in-house product, lifestyle, and campaign shoots.
    • Edit content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
    • Maintain a strong visual identity and ensure brand consistency across all content.
    • Be comfortable appearing on camera when required.
  • Copywriting & Brand Communications
    • Write compelling, on-brand copy for social media, email campaigns, website content, and promotional materials.
    • Adapt tone of voice across different channels and audiences.
    • Support campaign messaging, product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
    • Ensure consistency of messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Email Marketing & CRM
    • Support the planning, creation, and execution of email marketing campaigns.
    • Write engaging email content and assist with campaign setup and deployment.
    • Contribute to customer retention initiatives and database growth.
    • Support targeted campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement programmes.
  • E-Commerce & Digital Marketing
    • Support website content updates, promotional activity, and product launches across digital channels.
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are effectively represented online.
    • Help optimise customer journeys and online engagement opportunities.
    • Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and conversion.
  • Influencer & Partnership Marketing
    • Aid with influencer outreach, relationship management, and campaign coordination.
    • Identify relevant creators, partners, and brand collaboration opportunities.
    • Support campaign reporting and evaluate partnership performance.
  • Campaigns & Collaboration
    • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across social, email, digital, and in-store channels.
    • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and wider business teams to bring campaigns to life.
    • Contribute creative ideas and insights during campaign planning and brainstorming sessions.
    • Assist with campaign reporting and post-campaign analysis.
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Monitor and report on key marketing metrics across social media, email, website, and campaign activity.
    • Produce regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
    • Use insights to continuously improve content, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Essential:
    • 2–3 years' experience in a marketing, social media, or digital marketing role.
    • Proven experience managing social media channels end-to-end.
    • Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms.
    • Experience creating short-form video and trend-led content.
    • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desirable:
    • Experience working with influencers and content creators.
    • Design and video editing experience.
    • Experience using CRM and email marketing platforms.
    • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and social media reporting tools.
    • Experience within food, retail, hospitality, or franchise businesses.
