Marketing Coordinator
Core Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels
- Aid in content scheduling, publishing, and distribution across social and internal platforms
- Prepare marketing materials including product collateral, presentations, social content, and campaign assets
- Maintain organized records of marketing assets, timelines, and deliverables
- Track campaign performance metrics and assist with reporting activities
- Ensure marketing materials align with brand standards and approved messaging
- Aid in planning and preparation for trade shows, conferences, customer visits, and company events
- Cook up event materials, shipping, logistics, signage, promotional items, and branded assets
- Coordinate event materials, shipping, logistics, signage, promotional items, and branded assets
- Support pre-event communications and post-event follow-up activities
- Track event timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and task tracking systems
- Organize and manage marketing assets, templates, and shared resources
- Track inventory of marketing collateral, signage, and promotional materials
- Aid in vendor coordination and documentation as needed
- Support campaign launches, content updates, and ongoing marketing initiatives
- Help maintain consistency across digital experiences and brand messaging
- Support process improvements and operational efficiencies within the marketing team
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, event support, or a related role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work within established brand guidelines and processes
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing or project management tools
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools and processes
- Ability to receive feedback, ask questions, and continuously improve
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Experience supporting trade shows, conferences, or customer-facing events
- Familiarity with social media and digital content formats
- Experience using project management platforms such as ClickUp or similar tools
- Interest in manufacturing, technology, or industrial markets
- Familiarity with emerging AI-assisted creative and productivity tools

About the Role
This position works closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and broader marketing team to coordinate activities across campaigns, content, events, and operational initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator helps move projects from planning through execution while maintaining visibility into timelines, deliverables, and marketing assets.

Pay
The anticipated hiring range for this role is $60,000 - $65,000 per year. Actual salary may vary based on factors including experience, skills, certifications, and location.
Schedule
Onsite in Richmond, VA with approximately 25% travel based on business needs, trade shows, customer events, and company initiatives.
