Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Aid in content creation and graphic design
• Support execution of marketing campaigns and product launches, prioritizing lead generation and engagement
• Schedule and publish content across various social platforms
• Build and send marketing email campaigns and newsletters
• Maintain and update websites in Webflow
• Manage brand assets, templates, and content libraries
• Support basic SEO and website optimization tasks
• Afford support to external agencies and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing activities
• Track campaign performance and compile basic reports (social, email, web)
• Support marketing team with campaign setup, tracking, and optimization activities
• Support the maintenance and updating of the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, contacts, and campaign activity

Qualifications & Competencies

• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or content role
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation principles
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; video is a plus)
• Comfortable working across multiple projects and brands
• Familiarity with marketing tools (email platforms, CMS, analytics tools)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow defined processes
• Videography and editing skills – Preferred
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in campaign execution and performance tracking
• Experience working with technical, industrial, or B2B products – Preferred
