Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives across the organization. This position works cross-functionally within the marketing team and serves as a central point of coordination for projects, content development, and internal requests. The role is designed for a highly organized, adaptable professional who can manage multiple priorities while helping ensure projects move forward efficiently and on time.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns from initial briefing through delivery, coordinating timelines, assets, and stakeholders
- Draft, edit, and proofread content across a variety of formats, including email, social media, presentations, and internal materials
- Serve as a central point of contact for day-to-day marketing requests, triaging and routing to appropriate team members
- Collaborate with marketing team members across content, design, digital, and brand to ensure timely and effective project delivery
- Maintain and organize marketing assets, calendars, and documentation to support team efficiency and consistency
- Monitor project and campaign progress, proactively identifying and communicating potential delays or challenges
- Cross-train across marketing functions to build broad organizational knowledge and provide support where needed
- Assist with reporting by gathering data, formatting dashboards, and compiling performance summaries
