About the Opportunity

The Marketing Communications Specialist role is focused on developing and executing marketing communications that support the organization's global growth and commercial objectives. This position plays a key role in translating product strategies and technical capabilities into clear, customer-focused communications that generate demand and enhance market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop customer-facing marketing communications for product launches and strategic initiatives.
  • Create brochures, case studies, white papers, videos, presentations, and sales enablement materials.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear messages emphasizing business value.
  • Ensure consistent messaging, branding, and voice across all communications.
  • Support communications throughout product lifecycles, including updates and discontinuations.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing to develop content for web, social media, email, and campaigns.
  • Coordinate content calendars and campaign messaging across teams.
  • Align communications with broader marketing initiatives and regional activities.
  • Use market feedback and performance data to improve communication effectiveness.
  • Support press releases, executive communications, and thought leadership content.
  • Lead communications planning and content creation for events and industry engagements.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners for marketing materials.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and support budget management.
  • Improve communications workflows and document best practices for global execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in marketing communications, content marketing, public relations, or related B2B roles.
  • Proven experience in creating and executing customer-facing marketing communications programs.
