Job Summary
The Marketing Campaign Coordinator at Presbyterian Senior Living is responsible for coordinating lead generation campaign execution and project management to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Marketing Department. This role serves as the primary coordinator of integrated marketing campaigns for Presbyterian Senior Living's network of senior living communities, with a focus on Independent Living and care services. It also includes cross-departmental support for HR recruitment and team member experience communications.

Responsibilities
- Coordinates integrated marketing campaigns across PSL's network of senior living communities with a focus on Independent Living and other service lines.
- Aids in shaping lead nurturing sequences to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Applies campaign execution skills to HR recruitment contexts, including organic social content sequencing and paid social post promotion.
- Adapts campaign messaging and copy across channels and formats to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Maintains project documentation and stakeholder communication.
- Schedules and coordinates advertising placements across traditional, digital, print, and direct mail channels, managing specs, production timelines, and deadlines.
- Monitors lead flow from campaign sources through HubSpot to Aline CRM as a key performance indicator.
- Analyzes data to identify optimization opportunities and reports on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and conversion metrics with actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or related field with 4 or more years of corporate in-house or agency integrated marketing experience.
- Senior living or healthcare marketing experience preferred.
- Experience in project management platforms (Monday.com preferred) with demonstrated ability to manage timelines, multiple deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.
- Campaign platform awareness including HubSpot for tracking traffic and conversions, and familiarity with CR systems and lead handoff workflows between marketing and sales.
- Experience coordinating traditional, digital, print, and direct mail advertising including production timelines, print specs, and mailing coordination.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to shape and adapt copy and messaging across channels and formats.
- Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency, ability to manipulate files, work on concepts, and support campaign adaptation across formats.
- MS Office/Teams proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
