Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that support occupancy goals for both the Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC) and Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF).
- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective residents, families, and referral sources by phone, email, and in person.
- Congduct personalized community tours and educate prospective residents and families on available services, care options, and lifestyle opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, case managers, social workers, home health agencies, hospice providers, senior centers, and other community organizations.
- Cookordinate the admissions process by collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to facilitate assessments, admissions, and resident transitions.
- Plan and represent McCormick Assisted Living at health fairs, networking events, educational presentations, community outreach programs, and open houses.
- Develop and maintain marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, website content, social media, advertisements, and promotional communications.
- Maintain prospective resident databases, referral tracking systems, occupancy reports, wait lists, and marketing performance metrics.
- Monitor lead generation, referral activity, conversion rates, and occupancy trends while recommending marketing improvements.
- Provide exceptional customer service through consistent communication and follow-up with prospective residents and families.
- Cookordinate resident, family, and community appreciation events that strengthen relationships and promote community engagement.
- Prepare monthly reports summarizing marketing activities, referral performance, occupancy trends, and outreach efforts.
- Cookoperate with leadership to identify opportunities to improve resident satisfaction, community visibility, and occupancy growth.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Relations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two or more years of experience in healthcare marketing, senior living, admissions, sales, community relations, or a related field preferred.
- Strong relationship-building, networking, and business development skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to organize multiple projects while maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in assisted living, senior living, long-term care, healthcare, or hospice.
- Knowledge of Wisconsin RCAC and CBRF regulations.
- Experience with CRM, admissions, occupancy management, or referral tracking systems.
- Experience planning community events, public relations campaigns, and marketing initiatives.

Work Schedule
- Full-Time Primarily weekday business hours.
- Local travel throughout the community required.
- Occasional evening or weekend hours for community events, networking opportunities, and outreach activities.
