Responsibilities
- Support WRNS’s five marketing pillars: Business Development, Pursuits, Brand, Communications, and Marketing Operations.
- Produce proposals, qualifications packages, shortlist materials, and interview presentations to help WRNS win new projects.
- Ensure deadlines are communicated across teams and met on time.
- Manage consultant inputs, internal reviews, and pursuit workflows.
- Help maintain consistency, quality, and strong visual communication across submissions.
- Maintain project tearsheets, resumes, and firm collateral.
- Support graphic consistency and visual storytelling aligned with the WRNS brand.
- Support award and conference submissions.
- Develop thought leadership content, social media postings, and project storytelling.
- Shape project narratives for internal and external audiences.
- Help maintain and improve marketing systems including Airtable, OpenAsset, and internal project databases.
- Support project data hygiene, asset organization, and content management.
- Document and improve workflows across the marketing team.
- Contribute to exploration of emerging tools and AI-enabled processes.
Qualifications
- 1-5 years of marketing or communications experience in architecture, engineering, construction, interior design, or a professional services firm.
- Experience producing proposals, qualifications packages, interview materials, and marketing collateral.
- Excellent writing, editing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is required.
- Proficiency in Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator preferred.
- Strong graphic sensibility with careful attention to layout, formatting, and visual communication.
- Experience with project databases, CRM platforms, digital asset management tools, or marketing systems is a plus.
- Interest in process improvement, systems thinking, and evolving technology.
- Strong graphic sensibility and attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
