Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain marketing collateral, including firm profiles, project sheets, resumes, brochures, presentations, and award submissions.
- Cook up updates to the firm's website, social media platforms, and digital portfolio.
- Write and edit project descriptions, staff bios, press releases, newsletters, and other marketing content.
- Maintain a library of project photography, renderings, resumes, references, and proposal materials.
- Support public relations efforts, including media outreach, speaking opportunities, publications, and industry recognition.
- Aid in event planning, including conferences, client events, open houses, and industry networking functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, architecture, design, or a related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or proposal coordination, preferably within architecture, engineering, construction, real estate, or professional services.
- Strong writing, editing, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate input from various team members.
- Experience preparing proposals, qualifications packages, or interview presentations is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems, Deltek, OpenAsset, Canva, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Interest in architecture, design, construction, and the built environment.

Pay
The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000.00 - $150,000.00. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the specific role, office location as well as the individual’s qualifications, experience, skills and certifications.
