Marketing and Business Development Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule social media content for platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook
• Design campaigns, develop promotional materials, and write blogs, newsletters, and client communications
• Manage marketing calendars and contribute to website updates
• Research new prospects, maintain databases, and support lead generation efforts
• Organize events, track marketing and sales activity, maintain accurate records, and learn systems like ConnectWise
• Take initiative, communicate professionally, follow through consistently, and continually find ways to improve processes

Qualifications

• Experience with social media management
• Experience with Canva or similar design tools
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT
• Preferred Qualifications: ConnectWise experience, WordPress experience, email marketing experience, CRM experience, Microsoft 365 proficiency, basic graphic design skills, experience working in IT, technology, or professional services industries
