Responsibilities
- Create and execute regional, office-wide, and practice-specific business development plans.
- Strategize and prepare RFPs and pitches to win new client business.
- Partner with the Director of Marketing, attorneys, and practice leads to align creative direction with regional priorities.
- Prepare agendas for and lead practice group meetings and strategic planning retreats.
- Manage daily marketing and business development functions across regional offices.
- Travel monthly to regional offices.
- Plan and execute client networking events, seminars, webinars, and speaking engagements.
- Lead strategic involvement and execution for major events.
- Evaluate the ROI and performance metrics of all professional sponsorships and conference involvements.
- Plan and host internal community events, holiday parties, and lunch-and-learns.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing, communications, or business development experience within a professional services environment.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a closely related field.
- Exceptional organizational abilities paired with outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Mastery of standard office suites to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-visibility setting.
- Bonus points for prior law firm experience and familiarity with modern digital design or email marketing platforms (e.g., Canva, Constant Contact).
Pay
Compensation Range: $80,000 - 100,000 per year
