Marketing Administrator

Primary Responsibilities

• Aid in developing and maintaining the company's marketing calendar.
• Implement and monitor Digital Marketing strategies for LSA's, Branded Search and directories, and manage associated budgets.
• Create and maintain Company Google Business Profiles to enhance rankings.
• Contribute to social media, website, and business profile content creation, growth strategies, and visual media production.
• Respond to client reviews and social media interactions.
• Support office staff in completing daily organizational tasks.
• Attend weekly and monthly marketing meetings with corporate and other brand owners.
• Create and manage marketing and sales collateral for technical and sales staff.
• Prepare weekly reports on marketing performance to track leads, call volume, and KPIs.
• Maintain a professional image by adhering to company policies and standards.
• Operate company vehicles, keeping them clean and organized.

Requirements

• Two years of marketing experience.
• A year of experience in Digital Marketing, specifically with LSA's, directories, and Branded Social Media management.
• A year of Social Media Marketing experience, including Facebook, Instagram, and Constant Contact.
• Experience working in a small business environment.
• One to two years of previous sales experience.
• Two or more years of experience with content creation, focusing on graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• A highly organized approach with a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for long periods.
• Must have sufficient auditory and visual acuity to operate computer-aided call management hardware, software, and communication equipment.
• Ability to work under stressful conditions and handle verbal and/or physical confrontations.
• Capable of working extended hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
