Job Description Summary

The Market Sales Leader will cover a large territory supporting the markets listed below. 75% travel is required. The position is posted out of the Memphis, TN and Flowood, MS locations.

  • Supports Outside Sales Representatives and Strategic Account Managers in identifying current and upcoming jobsites.
  • Distinguishes key customers on those jobsites and assists in cultivating relationships with key decision-makers such as Project Managers and Executives.
  • Develops an effective and efficient strategic approach to the market and targeted customers, ensuring collaboration among the sales force to provide solutions and quality service.
  • Empowers the sales force to drive productivity and extract the best performance from each individual seller while identifying strategic customers and jobsites to maximize revenue.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of proven sales experience
  • Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving history
  • Knowledge of different phases of construction, equipment applications, features, benefits, operation and specification

  • Education or experience that prepares you for success

  • Meeting/exceeding sales goals as an individual contributor

Benefits

Base Pay Range: $71,731.00 - 98,630.40
Total compensation package includes base pay, company vehicle, and robust commission plan.
Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
