About the role
Close high-ticket kitchen projects $6,000 - $80,000 utilizing effective closing techniques to meet and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow our company sales to $5M +.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market engagement and networking with:
- Custom home builders & general contractors
- Interior designers & kitchen/bath showrooms
- Property managers & multi-family operators
- Realtors, home stagers & renovation lenders
Responsibilities
Build and maintain our brand and strong relationships with clients and partners in the community.
Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our services to potential customers.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Train and mentor sales team members to close at 50% or greater.
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to enhance visibility.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales and market development growing a similar business to $10M, preferably in the home improvement sector.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
