Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured sales training program covering packaging solutions, sales techniques, market analysis, and CRM systems.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the flexible packaging industry, customer applications, and manufacturing processes.
  • Learn consultative selling strategies and customer relationship management best practices.
  • Identify, research, and qualify prospective customers through outbound outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Generate and develop sales opportunities within targeted market segments.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Aid in customer communications, product inquiries, and quote preparation.
  • Support account development activities and relationship-building initiatives.
  • Participate in customer visits and presentations alongside experienced sales professionals.
  • Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including customer service, operations, graphics, and production to support customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities within the CRM system.
  • Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
  • Identify emerging markets and growth opportunities.
  • Share insights and recommendations with the sales team.
  • Achieve established activity metrics, including prospecting calls, meetings scheduled, and lead generation goals.
  • Demonstrate continuous improvement throughout the training program.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred in Packaging Science, Food Science, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Communications, or related field.
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience: 0–2 years of professional experience. Internship, leadership, customer service, or sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in B2B sales.

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
