Description
The Converting Supervisor will oversee production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
Requirements
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Management, Engineering or Operations Management) preferred
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility
- Certification in Lean environments, Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred
- Corrugated packaging experience preferred
- Experience with operations, manufacturing, or supply chain
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Proven problem-solving and continuous improvement experience
- Strong collaboration and teaming skills
- Ability to coach and train employees
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment
- Flexibility to work multiple shifts
