About the role
The Converting Supervisor is responsible for direct supervision, direction, and leadership of one assigned shift of hourly employees. Key responsibilities include training, planning, assigning, and directing work; evaluating employee performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; promoting safety, quality production, and teamwork; and resolving conflicts.
Responsibilities
- Directly supervise and lead a shift of hourly employees.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
- Train and mentor employees to ensure they meet job requirements.
- Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Communicate operational information to all levels of the organization.

Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Prior experience in the corrugated packaging industry.
- Two years of supervisory experience preferred.

Pay
$69,500 - $92,600 per year, based on individual experience, skills, and abilities.
Schedule
Salaried full-time position, with variable pay potential through annual incentive plans.
