Main Responsibilities
- Plan and execute both online and in-person marketing events and campaigns to generate high-quality leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Manage and implement cross-platform assets and campaigns.
- Monitor leads and enrollments across all marketing channels (including events, PR, WeChat, Facebook, content, emails, SEO, and more), with weekly/monthly progress reporting and analysis of customer behavior and user experience.
- Support the coordination of specific outreach tactics, including expos, seminars, webinars, school talks, and related event logistics.
Requirements
- Native or Proficient in Mandarin
- Proficient in English - Spoken/Written
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Professionalism, Time and Stress Management, Confidence, Positive attitude (patience, empathy), Willingness to learn and go the extra mile
- Experience in Chinese Marketing platforms and channels.
- Experience in graphic design, copywriting, and video editing (Required).
- Experience in Xiaohongshu (RED) marketing campaigns is a plus.
- Experience in the education sector — for example, the high school or higher education space(s) (preferred but not mandatory)
- Background in college consulting or similarly parent focused roles (preferred but not mandatory)
