Managing Director, HR Product & Transformation

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track in a healthcare environment.

Location: Morris Plains, NJ. US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute HR product and automation transformation strategies
• Build and lead a design team to identify AI and automation opportunities
• Create business cases for transformation and align investments with enterprise value
• Collaborate with functional teams to redesign HR workflows for scalability
• Identify technology needs in partnership with HR Technology and HRIT
• Measure and optimize product performance in collaboration with People Analytics

Qualifications

• 12+ years in HR, product management, HR technology, or transformation roles
• Proven experience in building or scaling centralized product capabilities and teams
• Demonstrated success with enterprise-scale transformations including automation and AI
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions across technology and processes
• Experience with HR systems like Workday and workflow technology platforms
• Strong data-driven decision-making and performance measurement skills
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills in complex organizations

Pay

$206,500 – $344,100 annually
