About the role

Numotion is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Product Specialist. This role will focus on supporting customers in selecting and utilizing our complex rehab technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in understanding and selecting appropriate mobility aids and seating systems.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on the use of Numotion products.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure customer needs are met and to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about the benefits and features of Numotion’s offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., rehabilitation, engineering, or healthcare).
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-experts.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of complex rehab technology and its applications.
• Experience with mobility aids and seating systems.
• Understanding of insurance processes and reimbursement procedures.

Pay
