Managing Director, HR Product & Transformation

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy for HR product and transformation solutions
• Build and lead a dedicated HR product transformation team
• Translate employee needs into prioritized products and workflows
• Ensure HR solutions integrate within employee workflows, not standalone
• Partner with HR functions to redesign services and processes for better experiences
• Liaise with HR Technology and IT on enabling technology needs
• Measure product performance and drive continuous improvement through data

Qualifications

• 12+ years in HR, product management, HR technology, transformation, or service design roles
• Proven experience scaling centralized capabilities or product teams
• Demonstrated success in enterprise-scale transformation and automation
• Strong ability to translate business needs into scalable technological solutions
• Experience with HR systems like Workday and ServiceNow
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills in a matrixed organization
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and workforce data governance
