About the role
As a Manager, Transformation Analytics, you will lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions to drive business transformation. This role requires a deep understanding of data science, machine learning, and statistical analysis, as well as strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams through complex projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain predictive models using machine learning techniques to inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to identify data-driven opportunities for improvement
- Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and validate analytical findings
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear and compelling manner
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data privacy standards
- Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance the effectiveness of analytics initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, or a similar field
- Proven track record of successful project management and leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data visualization tools and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance principles
