Manager, Streaming Content Management

About the role

We are seeking a Manager for the Streaming Content Management team within the Programming & Content Strategy group at Paramount. This team is responsible for the distribution and monetization of Paramount content across various digital platforms, including Paramount+, SVOD, and digital MVPD products.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with brand stakeholders and internal P+ Original teams to ensure accurate tracking and successful launches on service.
• Conduct regular audits to verify critical metadata between systems.
• Act as the main point of contact monitoring delivery statuses and asset readiness for new content coming to the service.
• Act as the cross-functional point of contact between Programming & Content Management to maintain and optimize centralized tracking resources.
• Liaise between P+ and Post production teams to manage delivery schedules and asset fulfillment ETAs.
• Work alongside the Associate Manager to ensure timely delivery of assets in accordance with established deadlines.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience working in streaming media, entertainment, or technology.
• Bachelor's degree in technology, business, data, media or relevant fields preferred.
• Familiarity with streaming and SVOD media landscape.
• Strong proficiency in Google Suite and MS office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience with Project Management tools such as Jira, Airtable and Salesforce.
• Demonstrated experience serving as a cross-functional communicator between teams.
• Adept at working autonomously to manage timelines and prioritize tasks.
• Stellar interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and presentation skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask is a necessity.

Pay

Hiring Salary Range: $74,000.00 - 100,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
