About the role
The Manager - Rehabilitation Services oversees daily operations of inpatient and outpatient Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, and other department services. This position provides leadership to department staff and ensures safe, quality patient care while maintaining accreditation and regulatory compliance. The Manager is accountable for the clinical competence of staff and the financial health of the department, collaborating with the Regional Director to maintain efficient workflows, support staff development, and ensure adherence to hospital policies and evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services.
- Provide leadership to department staff to ensure safe and quality patient care.
- Ensure accreditation and regulatory compliance of therapy services.
- Maintain clinical competence of staff and financial health of the department.
- Collaborate with the Regional Director to support efficient workflows and staff development.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and evidence-based practices.
- Effectively communicate with leadership, care teams, providers, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy required.
- Current state licensure in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy required.
- Three years of clinical experience in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology required; hospital setting preferred.
- Leadership experience preferred.

- Demonstrated leadership competencies including change leadership, performance management, strategic thinking, and team development (preferred).

Pay
The pay range for this position is $113,360.00 to $153,379.20 per year. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
