At PeaceHealth Cottage Grove Community Medical Center, you'll inherit something many leaders spend years trying to build: a fully staffed imaging department, strong provider relationships, a culture of collaboration, and a team that genuinely enjoys working together. Instead of spending your days scrambling to fill vacancies or covering endless clinical shifts, you'll have the opportunity to focus on leadership, mentorship, operational excellence, and the caregiver experience. This is the kind of role experienced imaging leaders quietly hope to find. A department of approximately 30 caregivers. A respected critical access hospital recognized nationally for quality and performance. A close-knit medical community where providers know one another by name and collaboration happens naturally. The clinic and hospital share the same building, creating a level of partnership that's increasingly rare in healthcare. Picture yourself walking through the department each morning. You know your team. They know you. Conversations center around improving workflows, supporting caregivers, and delivering exceptional patient care. The foundation is already strong. Your leadership helps shape what comes next. The Opportunity As Manager of Radiology, you'll guide the day-to-day operations of Imaging Services while helping caregivers perform at their best. You'll spend your time mentoring caregivers, strengthening relationships, partnering across departments, reviewing operational performance, supporting quality initiatives, and ensuring imaging services continue to serve the community with excellence.
