Pay
The pay range for this role is: $103,600.00-$176,400.00/Annual.
The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate’s location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles. Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics’ employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.

Job Details
- Owns downstream marketing execution for specific solutions within Haemonetics Interventional Technologies (IVT), translating upstream product strategy and clinical evidence into compelling commercial content, field-ready tools, and go-to-market execution across global regions.
- Serves as the clinical, technical, and commercial subject matter expert for the IVT franchise, driving launch excellence for new products and indications, and ensuring every commercial touchpoint is clinically credible, competitively differentiated, and Agile-approved.
- Reports to the Director, Global Product Marketing.
Essential Duties
- Enter Responsibilities/Essential Duties
- Create and execute differentiated promotional and educational content and programs for the IVT franchise, optimizing channel mix across sales tools, events, and paid and owned media.
- Drive launch planning and execution for IVT product label expansions and new indications, from brief through Agile review to full field deployment.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for the venous closure segment, generating insights to inform IVT strategy and messaging.
- Maintain effective relations with both internal and external customers.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree B.S.
- 4+ years Product marketing or downstream marketing experience in medical device

- Strong commercial storytelling skills; ability to translate complex clinical data into crisp, field-ready messaging
- Proficient in launch planning and cross-functional program management
- Experience building and managing agency relationships and marketing budgets
- Competitive intelligence development and sales enablement content creation
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
