This role plays a pivotal part in shaping and executing Red Bull U.S. Occasions, Consumer Activation, Brand Building Events (BEE), and Athlete Celebration plans to drive business growth. You will guide the development of efficient, effective campaigns that grow brand love, relevance, and consumption, working with cross-functional teams to create insight-driven marketing initiatives that resonate with consumers and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Brand & Product Marketing
    • Translate consumer, cultural, and category insights into actionable marketing strategies that drive demand, expand consumption, and increase relevance across national, regional, and customer-specific initiatives.
    • Build the annual business plan by developing and executing Occasions, Consumer Activation, BEE, and Athlete Celebration campaigns, as well as Limited Edition Pack Marketing plans that align with the National Brand Calendar.
    • Identify and activate growth opportunities based on emerging consumer trends, business needs, and market dynamics.
    • Develop innovative, 360 campaigns for both National and Regional levels to elevate cultural relevance and consumer engagement.
    • Set clear objectives, success metrics, and operational workflows to ensure timely execution of the annual plan.
    • Collaborate with Global counterparts to align on strategy, best practices, and adherence to Global brand standards.
    • Drive innovation and strategic consistency across marketing efforts, reinforcing "Fits My Everyday Life" and long-term brand equity.
  • Consumer Activations, Brand Building Events, & Athlete Celebrations
    • Support the company’s marketing strategy by identifying key consumer touchpoints and translating priorities into clear activation plans.
    • Remain agile in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing Occasions, playgrounds, big moments, micro campaigns, limited edition pack requests, and ad hoc needs from planning through execution.
    • Collaborate with Insights, Marketing, and Sales to activate across dayparts and channels.
    • Support new consumption opportunities by integrating occasion-based thinking into campaign planning and execution.
    • Ensure all initiatives align with consumer behaviors, lead with ownability, and deliver year-round relevance.
    • Develop tools and frameworks to support impactful execution and consumer engagement.
    • Partner with Sales to support occasion-based distribution efforts that grow horizontal and vertical distribution in key retailers.
  • Campaign Development & Execution
    • Lead the development and execution of integrated, consumer-facing marketing campaigns, including brief development, creative execution, and performance analysis.
    • Ensure campaigns leverage distinctive, ownable brand assets that fuel engagement and deliver measurable results.
    • Drive creative innovation by pushing boundaries in concepting and activation to develop breakthrough campaigns.
    • Ensure consistency across digital, retail, experiential, shopper, and media channels.
    • Deliver processes, toolkits, frameworks, and messaging to ensure seamless campaign execution.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams and agency partners to deliver high-impact, on-time, and on-budget campaigns.
    • Ensure all consumer-facing collateral is compelling, compliant, and aligned with brand standards.
    • Develop high-impact point-of-sale and shopper marketing materials that reinforce campaign messages.
    • Manage complex processes for bringing limited edition packaging to life across Operations, Finance, Legal, Sales, Distribution, and agencies.
    • Work with Legal to ensure compliance with data privacy, promotional, contest/sweepstakes, prizing, IP, and partnership laws.
  • Budget Management
    • Manage applicable National and Regional Product Marketing budgets, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
    • Work with agency partners to allocate and spend budgets efficiently and effectively.
    • Partner with the Product Marketing Team to track budgets biweekly, ensuring accurate forecasting and measurable ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Marketing, Sales, Media, and Regional teams to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence.
    • Develop and launch National and Regional campaigns, including project management, creative development, execution, measurement, and optimization.
    • Create and update frameworks to streamline execution and drive operational excellence across teams.
    • Adapt National brand marketing plans to Regional and customer-specific needs while maintaining brand integrity.
    • Manage relationships with global stakeholders by providing U.S. insights and ensuring local execution reflects global standards.
    • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, accountability, and consumer obsession.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of brand marketing experience, ideally within CPG or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven experience building innovative integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, including project management.
  • Ability to lead high-performing teams and navigate a highly matrixed organization.
  • Creative, curious, and consumer-obsessed; comfortable taking smart risks and pushing innovation.
  • Strong business acumen with an ability to connect brand building to commercial impact.
  • Authentic brand advocate, storyteller, and clear communicator.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail; ability to juggle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
  • Understands and lives the Red Bull culture and lifestyle.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $128,000 plus cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience.
