About the role
The Manager, Pharmacy Infusion Services oversees two infusion pharmacy programs to ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of medication management services to a diverse patient population. Key responsibilities include providing clinical, operational, and strategic leadership, optimizing workflow and resource allocation, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to advance infusion services and drive strategic priorities.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and 4 years of experience in a clinical infusion pharmacy service
- Doctor of Pharmacy and 4 years of experience in a clinical infusion pharmacy service
- Pharmacist: AZ
Preferred
- Board Certified Pharmacotherapy
- Board Certified Ambulatory
- Board Certified Oncology

Pay
The posted compensation range of $66.26 - $98.56 /hour is a reasonable estimate based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
