Schedule
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning those are examples, but we should prefer those headings. However we could also add other headings if needed? It says "use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use those headings for sections; not that we cannot add others, but likely they expect only those. Employer description could be considered "About the role"? Not exactly. Might be okay to include as a paragraph under "About the role" or maybe we can omit because it's boilerplate? It's not boilerplate; it's description of employer. Might be considered relevant. But we could incorporate into "About the role" as extra paragraph. - Compensation: Pay range given. So we need a Pay section with that range. - Benefits: Not mentioned explicitly; no benefits details. So we should not create Benefits section. - Schedule: Not mentioned besides Full-Time-Evenings in job title line. The posting says "Full-Time-Evenings". That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with "Full-Time, Evenings". However we must not repeat job title as heading; but schedule info is separate. - Requirements: Could be separate from Qualifications? The posting has "Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required" and "Qualifications". We could treat "Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required" as Skills, and "Qualifications" as Qualifications. Or we could combine. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Skills and Qualifications into one "Qualifications" section? But we have both skills and qualifications. Could make two sections: Skills and Qualifications. Both are substantive. - Requirements heading: Not present explicitly but we could treat "Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required" as Requirements. But we already have Skills. Let's follow: Use "Skills" for that list. Use "Qualifications" for education/experience/working conditions. - Pay: we have salary range. - Schedule: we have Full-Time-Evenings. Now we need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes "Equal Opportunity Employer" paragraph; we should remove that. Also "Employer Description" maybe not boilerplate but it's about organization; we can keep as part of About the role? Might be okay. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Let's extract substantive paragraphs: About the role: The RCM – Manager of Patient Access Services is responsible for the day-to-day management of Patient Access operations across assigned hospital service areas (e.g., Emergency Department, Admitting, Same Day Surgery, Labor & Delivery).
