About the role

The Manager, Organizational Change Management (OCM) role is within Goodwin’s Global Operations Team. This team collaborates with attorneys and clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions in high-stakes litigation and dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and complex transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute OCM strategies and plans for technology initiatives and digital transformation programs
  • Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and readiness evaluations
  • Identify change risks and define mitigation strategies to support successful adoption
  • Create and deliver clear, compelling communication plans tailored to diverse audiences
  • Manage communication channels to ensure consistent and timely messaging
  • Design and deliver role-based training programs
  • Partner with subject matter experts to develop relevant, practical training content
  • Ensure training approaches align with user needs and learning preferences
  • Coordinate and support training delivery, including scheduling, facilitation, and feedback collection
  • Drive user adoption strategies, including champion networks, feedback loops, and reinforcement activities
  • Monitor adoption metrics and user feedback to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Develop targeted interventions to increase engagement and sustained usage
  • Support post-launch activities to ensure long-term success and continuous improvement
  • Partner with product managers, project managers, and business stakeholders to integrate OCM into delivery plans
  • Align change activities with project timelines, milestones, and governance structures
  • Collaborate with Knowledge Management, HR, and Communications teams as needed
  • Define and track KPIs related to adoption, training effectiveness, and change success
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders and leadership
  • Use data to refine strategies and improve outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 5–8+ years of experience in change management, communications, training, or related roles
  • Proven experience supporting technology implementations or digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills across multiple formats and audiences
