Role

Lead end-to-end organizational change management strategies for AI adoption programs across global brand initiatives.

What's the Job?

  • Design stakeholder segmentation, persona development, and change journey plans tailored to diverse teams in marketing, creative, technology, and operations.
  • Conduct organizational readiness assessments and change impact analyses to inform program design and prioritization.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops and design sessions with business stakeholders to surface pain points and define future workflows.
  • Develop executive reports, adoption dashboards, benefits realization tracking, and ROI frameworks aligned with AI program investments.

What's Needed?

  • 10+ years of experience in organizational change management, development, or transformation roles, with at least 3 years supporting AI or intelligent technology adoption programs.
  • Proven ability to design stakeholder personas and use cases that influence program and product decisions.
  • Hands-on facilitation experience with discovery workshops, future-state design sessions, and executive alignment meetings.
  • Experience building ROI models and benefits realization frameworks credible with finance and leadership teams.
  • Fluency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and integrating OCM activities within iterative delivery cycles.

El Segundo, CA. HYBRID (onsite 4 days a week)

12 months with the possibility of extension/conversion
