Role
Lead end-to-end organizational change management strategies for AI adoption programs across global brand initiatives.
What's the Job?
- Design stakeholder segmentation, persona development, and change journey plans tailored to diverse teams in marketing, creative, technology, and operations.
- Conduct organizational readiness assessments and change impact analyses to inform program design and prioritization.
- Facilitate discovery workshops and design sessions with business stakeholders to surface pain points and define future workflows.
- Develop executive reports, adoption dashboards, benefits realization tracking, and ROI frameworks aligned with AI program investments.
What's Needed?
- 10+ years of experience in organizational change management, development, or transformation roles, with at least 3 years supporting AI or intelligent technology adoption programs.
- Proven ability to design stakeholder personas and use cases that influence program and product decisions.
- Hands-on facilitation experience with discovery workshops, future-state design sessions, and executive alignment meetings.
- Experience building ROI models and benefits realization frameworks credible with finance and leadership teams.
- Fluency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and integrating OCM activities within iterative delivery cycles.
