About the role

Responsible for managing overall store performance, including financial and operational aspects, by overseeing guest services, sales, profitability, expense control, human resources, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Set expectations, communicate regularly with staff, coach, and hold employees accountable for responsibilities and customer service standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies through meetings and audits.
• Partner with HR to recruit, interview, and hire team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and develop employee success.
• Analyze business trends, develop strategies to maximize sales, and meet financial targets.
• Review invoices, control assets, and ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and equipment upkeep.
• Manage physical and environmental safety, including hazardous materials and work environment conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years management or equivalent automotive industry experience.
• Experience coaching teams and meeting sales/profit goals.
• Preferred background as an automotive technician but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain or hold a State Inspector License.
• Ability to work flexible days, including weekends.

Skills & Physical Demands

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in variable environmental conditions with noise, fumes, and temperature variations.
