WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Oversee commercial aspects of our client relationships, including program pipeline, product forecast, and new product development, including pricing, schedules, and escalations.
- Responsible for developing account management plans for Cloud Service Providers that result in double-digit YoY revenue growth.
- Be the voice and a strong advocate for our clients within the company; continuously strive for and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Manage a diverse team: Key Account Managers are responsible for building our program pipeline and sustaining a product portfolio with various cloud service providers. Technical Sales Engineers are responsible for supporting Key Account Managers during the pre-sales and proposal process to ensure quick response times and high-quality technical information for clients.
- Ensure your team adheres to the selling process. Work closely with the Marketing team to generate industry-leading sales collateral and proposals.
- Continuously engage with and learn from the Product and Engineering teams to develop a deep understanding of our hardware and services, ensuring client feedback makes its way into our products.
- Engage regularly in the review and negotiation of various client-related contracts. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- International travel (20% or greater).
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in complex, multi-stakeholder account management roles, focused on large enterprise IT companies.
- Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex business plans and initiatives.
- 3+ years of experience managing teams of 10 or more, as well as cross-functional contributors.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of data center and IT markets.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Awareness of data center cooling strategies.
